I was wondering if anyone knows if the samsung intercept will be able to be rooted? I have seen plenty on the moment! But i have yet to find anyway to root my phone... So if anyone has any kind of info to help me that would be awesome.

    Thanks

You might follow the thread at the link below. One user on it has claimed that he got it working on the intercept...I have tried it to no avail, but that doesn't mean he has something work-able:

Hi there sweetdicordia, The iphone/itouch u use the jailbrak to unlocked the phone, ROOT is the new way how to unlocked ur android. Meaning if u want to install custom ROM (phone software that people do for the phones to work better or maybe faster) u cant be able to install it on ur phone if ur phone is lock, soo rooting ur phone will unlock ur phone and u can do wat ever u want with it :)
