I'll second that on LauncherPro....I have the plus version, my phone is rooted with Vibrant5 ROM plus lagfix, getting 2257 Quadrant ad runs SUPER smooth...

Another one is Beautiful Widgets at version 2.35. This version was before they received the desist letter from HTC so it looks about the same with the animations included. There is no onscreen Sense-feel though, only on the forecast screen.

Also Weather & Toggle if you're going the pay route can make it similar.
