Hi everybody,

I am new in this forum and hope someboby can help me. I am not really sure if it is a Android-problem or Samsung:

It about a Samsung Galaxy WCover GT-S5690. Android ......

I have it since may 2013, bought on internet-shop.

What happens at start-up:

  1. Samsum Galaxy Xcover-GT-5690 on display
  2. logo of Samsung on display
  3. Android starts
  4. After a couple of seconds, the phone reboots.
See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1ltbovHwwI&feature=youtu.be for a movie (I am new on this forum and am not allowed to post images and links)

I already find advices on forums.
I tried an Android system recovery: wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition. Without result
I also did a "apply update from sd-card". (for instance universal_gb_root_v25.zip. G25.zip and others too)
But nothing worked.

In recovery-mode, the system does not reboot automatically. So it is not the battery. I even tried a battery of another phone.
Same result after Removing SD-card and SIM-card.

Anayone with a simular problem who can help me?

Thanks
