Samsung y S5360 Android 4.1, Jelly BeanSupport

    Can we upgrade the Android OS version on Samsung y S5360. From Android OS, v2.3.5 (Gingerbread) to Android 4.1, Jelly Bean ??

    Hello, No, u can't upgrade ur OS.

    Try using Custom ROMS, there are lots of custom modified ROMs for galaxy y and mostly for Gingerbread 2.3.6. google it.

    try flashing CREEDS ROM, it has ICS OS.

    nope... because of galaxy y hardware limitations.

    lets just hope some developers will make jelly bean theme custom rom.
    at least we can have a taste of jelly bean...

    for now, only g nexus, nexus s, htc one x and soon gs3 will have the jelly bean upgrade.

    it's sad, that even some high end android phones cant have it...

    No, you cannot as Galaxy Y doesn't have the required specifications to install Jelly Bean.

    Isn't this obvious as the Y didn't have required specs to install the previous version, Ice Cream Sandwich?

    If you really want to give Jelly Bean a try, I would like to suggest you to try Custom ROMs. It won't satisfy you by the way as it won't make you feel real like.
