When I turn my Orange San Fransisco on it gets stuck on the Android Robot. The only way I can get rid of it is to plug it into my charger, the screen then goes blank for a second and then back to the green robot. Does anybody know how to fix this? I haven't actually tried to root it or anything.
It's done this pretty much since I got it (I regret not taking it back) except when I originally got it the phone did it about 1/10th of the time, it then began to happen more and more often until it now does it all the time.
I am happy to completely reset my phone if there is a way to do that and it fixes the problem.
