Saving events to Google calendar?

On my PC, when I get an e-mail from one the Meetup.com group's I'm part of, there's a button that allows me to save the event to my Google Calendar. Is there anything for Android that'll be just as convenient?

I'm using an Asus Transformer Prime with ICS.
