Sayin' "Hi"

I just got handed an EVO 4 earlier this week so that I could learn about it in order to provide technical support service to our employees. Prior to this phone, my most "advanced" phone was a $20 Virgin Mobile phone who's model I can't remember. It's been an eye opening experience, to say the least.

Since I'm being tasked with learning enough to be a "power user" I figured I'd better find a community of people to back me up - so here I am
