    Here's some info about the upcoming Nexus One car dock. Nothing very exciting except that it seems to have it's own Bluetooth built in. Enjoy!

    I now Everything is better with bluetooth. But why is on the CarDock?

    Maybe the bluetooth is for the phone to recognize that it's docked. That might also be the case for the other N1 dock with bluetooth. Seems a bit strange, but I can't think of any other good reasons at this point.

    I think, the magnet will be much cheaper solution.

    The Droid has a car dock. Anyone know whether that has BT? That might give a clue as to whether this dock is different in some way.:confused:

    I seem to remember the droid car dock having a magnet, like vladsoft mentioned.

    Maybe the Bluetooth is for a speaker-phone type deal using Google Nav? You get a call hit answer and Auto Speaker while still using Nav? Maybe... :confused:
