Help Screen a bit loose... Anyone else?

I had that issue, my wife did not. Exchanged mine at the Verizon store after they looked at a new one and saw that it wasn't that way.. or at least not supposed to be.

The only real issue I had with mine was a very loose screen. drove me nuts, so today I exchanged it for a new one. Very snug now but who knows if this one will loosen up. I'm very happy with the replacement one right now.

I finally did my exchange at the VZW store. They did not want to admit that the gap I had was bigger than other gaps and did not want to give me the exchange. There was a lot of back and forth arguing until I told them that if they did not wish to exchange it I would return it as is my right w/in 30 days and simply purchase a new one. They then threatened me with the restocking fee... $35... and I told them I don't care. So in the end they did do the exchange but I did have to pay the restocking fee. It was worth it to me, cuz that extra gap was eating my brain.
