Help Screen lock problem

Hi guys,

got a strange problem where if I hit the power button to lock the phone, all is normal for about 4-5 seconds, then the screen lights up again waiting for me to enter my pin, without me having touched the phone. If I try to lock it again, the phone freezes and restarts.
So I'm left with the option to unlock it via my pin, or leave it draining power by having the screen lit.

Have tried doing a factory reset but that did not solve the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also, it seems sometimes just hitting the power button to lock causes it to freeze and restart.

Have you tried a different type of lock.

Yeah tried that, problem still occurred.
