Looking at Launchers through Play. Just checking what's available and how it works. I forget which launcher, but when I clicked the site in Play, just to read what the launcher offered and see screen shots, I promptly got a huge ad about winning something. Said click OK to continue.
Like hell I'll click OK. Trouble was - couldn't close browser (Boat), back button wouldn't work, home button wouldn't work. No apparent way to go around ad. Even a task killer wouldn't work since you couldn't get away from the ad.
Hit the power button and selected reboot.
How do you close these things w/o having to go through all the rigamarole?
This is the first time I have seen this. I have seen other stuff, but either you can close or cancel. Or use the back button.
