I was dinking around with settings and got to the g-sensor level. I clicked calibrate, everything seemed fine. Now the phone won't go into landscape mode unless I shake it hard a few times. How the hell do I fix this?

Just re-calibrate the g-sensor. When you run the program it tells you to put the phone on a level surface. Do that.

Is this screen up, screen down, or what?

My phone takes a while to go into landscape but there are certain times with different functions or apps it doesn't go into it at all. But I think thats how its supposed to be (not that we like it!)

lol I was dumb enough to do this as well, now it has a really tough time switching between portrait and landscape (I have have to shake it really hard and even then sometimes it wont work, worked flawlessly for a week before I did this), prolly a simple fix, but calibration sure doesn't make it go back to normal ... why oh why did I mess with that darn thing

I actually had to hold it up since the camera cover makes the phone uneven to the surface

lol ok I figured it out, I rebooted, did a battery pull nothing worked, you would assume that you would stand the phone straight up on its short end to calibrate, but you actually just lay it flat on its back (so its resting on its camera lense) and calibrate, mine now works perfect again.

thank you for figuring this out... OMG, did not make any sense at 1st. I did everything, reset my phone, downloaded launcher and calibrated a million times etc... all along it was not doing it on it's back instead of standing it up. Makes so much damn sense! agian thanks!
