Help Sd card dropped to 0.00b

hi sony!

please help me!. I encounter the problem on memory card. after I update my xperia neo v from android 2.3.4 to android 4.0.4 my sd card space dropped to 0.00b even I didn't download or install application into my mobile. I also deleted some of my recent application but its useless and the worst thing I can't re-install it anymore because the free memory space is dropped to 0.00b.
