    This is actually going to be my 3rd, but that's because my second one was for my girlfriend. But this is my replacement to the first one i received on October 22nd. I had a few problems with this build so, hopefully this one is built a bit better.

    Although it was a pain just to get them to send me another one (they lost my information 4 times). It is finally on its way and i will receive it today. They were nice to next day air it to me. "Crosses fingers"

    Wow....just...WOW! So i get my replacement phone about 2 minutes ago. The one thing i complained to Tmobile was how flimsy the battery plate felt. Well my "new" phone came with just the face of the phone....no battery,box,...nada. Just the face and no back plate. So here i am, with a replacement that is EXACTLY the same as my old one. incredible.

    I feel your pain. In September I ordered a BB Curve from T-mobile and I received a box with everything BUT the phone. Their fulfillment dept has some issues.

    NB - first off that sucks. Now you know why I went the route I did with the same problem. I will tell you exactly what happened. In a handset exchange, they tell you (but likely not in this case) to keep the battery, sd card, sim, back cover, basically everything but the phone hardware itself. I had exchanged many a sidekick in the past and this is how they handled it. Annoying...and likely not what was supposed to happen in this case.

    Try to call up, explain the error and tell them at this point you just want to cancel the thing and that's it. Then deal with a store. Since the online advantage of having it early is over anyway.

    Im over it. im just happy that it works, i was just nit picking it.
