Apologies for a newbie question couldn't find a full answer here. In outlook I use rules to file mails in folders as they arrive. Then use the unread mail search folder to see all unread mail wherever it sits. Can I do the same with Exchange mail in Android? I guess this is two questions:

    1. Can I sync all folders and sub folders?
    2. Is there an 'all unread' view?

I think Touchdown will do this but native Android?

    Thanks.

When asking questions about "native Android" please include your device as not all devices have the same stock apps -- especially if your profile is blank.

Touchdown will do this. The main screen displays all unread email. I can't comment on any of the other Exchange clients.

Most Exchange clients will read specific folders but not all. I know in my case it won't work, even in Touchdown, because I file my email in Outlook data files and not in sub-folders under the Inbox. Given the volume of email I get I suspect my Exchange administrator is also happy that I file into external mail files... lol
