send calls NOT IN phonebook to voicemail

I want to send only calls that are from callers NOT IN MY PHONE BOOK to voice if the caller is in my phone book I want my phone to ring. If you're in my phone book I know who you are and can decide to answer. If you are not in my phone book I want to know who you are so I can decide if I want to call you back after I hear your message. If they don't leave a message then I know I don't want to talk to that person.

There's call blocking apps that do this. I think Mr. Number was the one I ended up using.
