I'm still trying to figure that out.. No one seems to know or don't wanna help. I don't care too much for the TouchWiz either on my Vibrant but I do love this phone, a lot better than the Nexus One I had. POP emails do take awhile, but overall this phone is pretty cool.

I definitely want/need SENSE UI on my Vibrant! Is it possible if so..how do i do it?

Sense? If it's possible at all, you'd need to root your phone, and figure out which of the dozens of apps that make up Sense you'd need to steal from a htc ROM. Good luck. Even then, you probably wouldn't get all the integration that Sense provides.

I'm afraid if you want Sense you're probably going to have to by an htc phone. Sense is what separates htc from other vendors; they're not going to simply give it away. Quite the contrary, they've made it clear they're going to enforce their patents, copyrights and trademarks, to the point where you can't even copy the look of their widgets too closely.

But there are multiple launchers and home screens available in the market. Read about them here and at Android Central, and try them out to see what you like.
