    I like my phone, I like my plan, but this is getting annoying.

    Scenario- new refill card in my prepaid account a few days ago. There's more than enough money to cover the new month starting today. Issue one- the my account changed from charge date of 2-1-2013 to 2-2 and then BACK.
    Next, my service appears to be shut off as of a few hours ago despite the above. A call to customer service offered the "we're upgrading, you'll be good in two hours" line.

    Both issues have happened before. Has this happened to anyone else?

    ive had this happen as well its supposed to update the amount automatically i guess their system needs updating every once in a while but the past few month have been ok i havent had to call to tell them to make the changes

    The thing is T-mobile user account just not have a running accout on how and what you have paid.

    For example I want to see this:

    02-01 : Redeem $30
    02-02 : $30 used
    03-03 : Redeem $30

    None of this I can see.

    No running count on calls and to what number.
