Today I updated my Desire from 2.1 to Froyo 2.2 and transferred to old media, images etc files from my previous SD Card to a new one. All folders "trees" are exactly the same as to old card but when I checked ringtones on various contacts they have all defaulted to the default tone. Worked fine in 2.1. but with 2.2. I can't get the tone to change from the default.
I only changed the SD card to a new one on the assumption that newer system files might conflict with the ones already on the old one. Can I put the old SD card back in the phone - would that help or has version 2.2. have a different functionality tone setting wise to the previous 2.1.
Any answers to my prob would be appreciated.
