Help Settings path lost PLEASE HELP

So you know I have the phone rooted, had but removed lag fix, have the OTA update through keis mini, and I installed the wifi tether with clockwork mod rom manager.So last night I thought that I would adjust some setting n my vibrant. I go settings>sound and display> and click on any setting in there and get this error
!sorry! the appication settings(process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. Force close

Any ideas? what my easiest fix is... I am running everything stock besides what was said above.... PLEASE HELP!!!
