SGS2 with CM won't boot.

Hi guys.

So I've been using Cyanogenmod for a while, and this morning CM11 (Kit Kat) was released for it. However it performed quite poorly, so I decided to use the inherent updater to roll back to 10.2. However at this point I can't boot the phone anymore. I just have the CM logo running infinitely. How do I process for any solution here?

Assuming that you did not follow best practice and make a nandroid backup that you could revert to, before you updated to KitKat, you could try wiping cache and dalvik in Recovery mode. Failing that, a Factory reset from Recovery.
