Since I installed GB on my Droid-X I notice that my phone strength bars, 3G symbol and Wireless strength symbol are either white or blue.

Does anyone know what these specifically indicate?

It SEEMS the white / blue for wireless might be indicating there is a successful secure connection (Blue), vs. just a linkage (white).

Not clear what the phone strength and 3G are telling me.

I know that some folks have tied the white phone strength to the mysterious GB phone call connects and immediately drops issue.

Just curious if someone out there knows.

yep, i think blue means connected. with white i can usually get on the web, but it seems like the market and other things don't work unless its blue.

seems to only happen after i tether, with the TBH hack and the like.

had to reboot last time it was white...

Blue means you have an uninhibited connection to Google's servers. They said that back when Gingerbread first came out.

So I guess the question is, how do you get your signal blue, if it is white?

It just depends on how shiney it is, as long as it isn't too shiney it's fine :D
