    I purchased a new Samsung Captivate Glide in the retail AT&T box. i'm put my sim in and it cannot connect with the at&t network and displays Sim not allowed MM#3. It is an AT&T sim card (non pre paid and no data plan). The sim card that won't work will work in a different samsung texting phone. i have tried a different AT&T sim card (non pre paid and no data plan) and it works fine. Do I need a new sim card or do i need to call 611?
