Simple Flashlight

I want a flashlight that has a widget to turn on & off that stays on when the screen goes off. I've tested loads & they all seem to turn off when the screen turns off

Probably not what you're looking for, but a few thoughts:

1-You do want the light led to turn off eventually. Otherwise (if you forget) it can damage the led. Also saw a post on one of the forums where the whole phone (S4) was overheated/unusable due to leaving the light on (light face down in the bed).

2-If you need you light to stay on longer, you can touch the screen periodically, or adjust the screen timeout longer (I know...it's not ideal for battery)

It's free, you have a pin (On the top of the screen left side ) that make the flashlight on even if you exit the screen

Tesla does stay on. Flickers when the screen goes off, but stays on.

This app also has a widget you can use to turn on or off the LED on your phone. It stays on when I turn my screen off.
