Support slingbox issues

    Is anyone else having issues watching video on there note3 using there sling box, I am getting no video but audio have tried reinstalling the app, resetting the sling box but still cannot get video? It works fine on my laptop, an computer but not on the phone?? any help/advise would be appreciated.

    I've used my Note 3 with Slingobx for nearly a month now - no problems. I'm on VZW and am trouble free with original software, as well as the recent update.
    Within the last 4 months Slingbox included a toggle in their android app for "audio only." You might check to see if that's selected. It in settings under "video quality."

    Are y'all using the Slingbox 500? JW bc I've had mine for about 3-4 months and it's been awesome, no issues at all, I use it on my laptop and on my phone and it looks great and the channel guide is pretty sweet too.
