sms center

i just changed my sim card. and then i have a problem. i can receive sms but i cant send sms. i figured it's because the sms center setting cleared, but i didnt find any sms center setting.
my friend told me to try *#*#4636#*#*
i found SMSC in phone information and i fill +6281100000 but i cant hit update.
it wont be saved
anyone experience the same problem?
do you have solution?

I figured another solution before, you post it tough.
I insert my SIM card to another mobile phone, then trying to send sms from it, it works. When i insert it back to my android, problem solved, I can send sms again.
