well as a layman, i can honestly tell you about the stability of 1.2. The phone is rock stable doing anything EXCEPT heavy graphics. I can re-produce lockup on NFS almost every time and running the Quadrant graphics section sometimes 1 out of 9 times. So yea i know things arent perfect but i believe
that line just isnt that far away as far as the game graphics are concerned.

running at 1.2 under any other use, the phone is rock stable. Surfing, phone, GPS, you name it and it just runs and runs.

fair enough. but again just remember a cleaner 1000 mhz is better than a 1200 mhz.

if you havent you may want to try one of jts last 11/xx di01 non voodoo kernels...at the end of di01 i prefered them to old voodoo
