What can we as consumers do about it? I for one got the X10 as I believed it was going to get multi touch as it was promised by Sony Ericsson, so I got this phone based on lies from the manufacture! If it was any other product I would just demand my money back at the shop where I brought it but as it is a contract phone I have no idea what legal rights I have. Also when I was researching this phone I swear I read it had 512mb of ram on the sony site now it reads 300 and something. So anyone have an idea on where to go from here?
