This device was owned by my girlfriend who took exceptional care of this thing, she has had the EVO 3D for about 6 months but her last device had a charging issue so she got this one through Sprint as a manufacture refurbished device. We've had this device for about 6 days and she has since switched to the Galaxy S3. It has two very small nicks at the top left of the bezel which you can see in picture three. Device has never been dropped or water damaged and ESN is CLEAN! Also, she doesn't care much about rooting the device so it has never been rooted or anything like that. I put the device as "great" condition even though it is mint except for those two small nicks.
