Some Apps Displayed Twice

I don't think that this was an issue prior to receiving the OTA update earlier this morning, but when I display 'All Programs' there are multiple entries for several programs including Bubble, MySettings, Paper Toss and ShopSavvy. Has anyone else experienced this? Nothing looks unusual (e.g., duplicate entries) when I go to 'Manage Applications'. I just cannot figure out how to get rid of the duplicate program icons.

I saw this after rooting, but a factory reset seemed to address this problem. I only saw one double icon, for "Settings". The factory data reset seems to be recommended after most updates.

I saw this once on my wife's Eris and a reboot took care of it.
