Help Some apps think they're offline in 3G, they work ok in Wifi

Hi, I have this problem with Kindle app, when i'm on 3G it works, but when i need to update the book to the last page viewed it says that there's not connection - check your configuration. It works ok in wifi.
In the Feedly app (rss viewer) it shows all the news ok but with 3G it keeps showing a message saying there's no connection.

It's very odd, is like "some" aplications think they're offline for "some" things they do...

Any thoughts? it's a known bug or something?

I have a GT-I9300 with Android 4.3 (after an update)

Could be another S3 4.3 bug. There are too many to keep track.

i don't think so, in the feedly app it happened before the update...
