Hello, so i've been going over Rooting and Leak v3 and such like that. And Now i can say that Leak v3.... is NOT for me.

I hate bein stuck anywhere, and i love customization. so rooting sounds GREAT and all

But i need to find out what ROM is for me and all that.

I've been Hearing "Evil Eris 2.0" but i see NOTHING about it >.<

Sensable sounds fine, but idk... i need a lot of options i need speed and performance as well.

But most of all Looks/Themes and ease of changing said look/theme

Anyone know what i should do?

And PLEASE point me in the direction of the most UP TO DATE way of Rooting my Eris (today being 5/4/201)

There's a sticky at the top of the root forum.

    It's sticky for a reason.

As far as Evil Eris 2.0, I think it's being released shortly is the idea, not that it's out yet. Once you're rooted, you can go to any rom, and back as you like, just have to set up your phone again.

I'd note how my screens are set up before rooting (so I remember what I'm used to. Amazing how easy it is to forget) then put on whatever rom you feel like. If it doesn't work for you? Put a different one on.

Lather, rinse, repeat until your hair is shiny and full of life.

YES! I just rooted Saturday and used the EMA. It was extremely easy. I am using the Aloysius v9with Maps. It runs very fast. I use Helix with only 3 screens. I have had 1.5, all the 2.1 leaks, and now I am rooted (replacement phone), and going root is the best way to go
