I may be looking into this a bit too much... However, when I would attempt to go through settings to do the firmware update, the past several weeks it was told me "no firmware update is available at this time" Today, I started to notice a new message that stated "The firmware update could not be completed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, you may need to contact Customer Service Error code:1012" The way it is worded leads me to believe it IS available, but either I'm experiencing techincal difficulties, or you need to go into a store to complete the update... Thoughts???
