I wanted to share with people my worst customer service experience ever.

I recently bought an x10 off of someone online and the in-call speaker (ear piece) started acting inconsistent. It would get quiet frequently and was very hard to hear. And yes, I

I also Moderate on Sony Ercissons own forum and have PM'd the SE-Answers team manager with a link to your thread here. Feedback is useful in areas where things are not done well and I felt that it ought to be bought to the attention of the company.

u can sue them man....just try atleast once n they will be on ur demand.All these employees are a$$holes,frustated with their job and throw their anger onto the customers.If i would hve been in ur place i would hve f**k*d them hard,trust me.
