Sony Xperia Z3v or HTC One M9

I currently own an S4 and cracked the screen pretty bad. I am now trying to determine which phone I should get. I've narrowed it down to the Z3V or the M9. Thoughts?

Is the Z3+ coming to the States soon?

I was also choosing between these two phones and I ended up getting the Z3v. This phone is amazing. The battery life alone is a plus I can go over 12hrs without a charge.

The camera is also great and the display is just as awesome. This phone is easy to use and the front speakers make it easy to hear videos and movies on this device. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I don't know why Sony isn't up there with Apple, Motorola and Samsung when it comes to smartphones. I think they are on their way through.
