I have read other threads for knowledge & mainly so I can help out other users, although I don't know a great lot about phones.
Anyway the problem I have with my ace is all of a sudden I was texting/typing & the sound went off.
Now I cannot get sound on my phone. No ring tone or message tone. Nothing. I have tried switching silent mode on & off & have tried lowering ring volume up & down. I have also tried switching phone off & I even erased all data on my phone, but still no sound.
The sound came back on briefly last night for a couple of minutes, but then went off again.
I think it must be a software problem. Any thoughts/ideas people???
