Help Sound Personalize Setting Change to Default

I have a strange problem starting last week, my phone were acting weird, so i restarted it and everything seem to be normal, but then i noticed that all my ringtones and alarm settings changed to default. I reconfigured everything and restarted, same situation, even not restarted and alarm sounds changed to default by itself. I am not connecting phone to pc at the time so sd card inaccessibility is not an issue. Any ideas?
