Root Spanish Galaxy S9000 cannot be updated to FROYO

Hey

I'm from Germany and bought my Samsung Galaxy S9000 from a german merchant.
Now i got problems with my android-update.
These are the facts:

Firmware:
2.1Update1
Buildnumber:
ECLAIR.JVJH2

Samsung support told me i had a spanish device (according to IMEI-number).
So KIES 2.0 doesn't update on FROYO.
KIES thinks i had the latest Firmware:

-> NO UPDATE AVAILABLE

Samsung advised me to send it back to my merchant. I called my merchant and he said, he could do the update (flashing or whatever...).

Does anybody know a possible and simple solution? Do you have similar problems?
