Spell check on Samsung Fascinate Galaxy S

I have looked but still have no luck finding a way for spell check on sms and emails on my Samsung Fascinate Galaxy S also no copy and paste feature from call log. Any help would be awesome. I loved my BB and now not sure if I made a good move

which keyboard are you using, by default the SWYPE keyboard is your keyboard when texting, to change it, goto a txt message, hold your thumb in the txt entry space untill a popup comes up "SWYPE or ANDROID keyboard" and select ANDROID, SWYPE doesnt have a spellcheck unless you are "swyping" your finger over the keys for txt input, the android keyboard has spellcheck. As far as the copy and paste from call log, not sure what you mean by that, hope i helped a little
