Spint GS4 on Verizon

I got a GS4 from a friend that has been unlocked and is running Cyanogenmod. It was a Sprint phone, but my friend used it on AT&T. I have Verizon, so I'm trying out what I need to do to get this phone to work with my sim card.

So, what exactly do I need to do to make it work?

Alright, flashed back to stock sprint rom.

I'm guessing the phone is still technically unlocked. When I go through the *#0011# unlock method service mode just says "no service." Comes up saying I'm roaming.

So, next step?
