Root [Sprint] Com.android.phone has stopped working

Alright I have the republic wireless moto x, its XT1049 not the XT1056 sprint has but the only difference is mine has different calling software and only CDMA and LTE radios. When I'm in a call every once in a while the device gives me an error screen saying com.android.phone has stopped working and I have to do a power off reset. Barely any apps were running in the background and my ROM is a virgin; out of the box the same (Don't want to screw with republics calling software) any help? Any ideas? It has no pattern also and sometimes the screen freezes randomly without pattern either. Help?
