Whereas Apple has sued HTC successfully in a frivolous lawsuit concerning a patent for a technology that belongs to everyone and whereas Apple has had the newest flagship phone for Sprint, the HTC Evo 4g LTE, banned from US shores, we the Sprint Customers strongly recommend that Sprint dump their contract with Apple and cease selling the iPhone. This delay is costing Sprint lots of money. And Sprint should get this money back by refusing to sell the iPhone denying any profit to Apple from any Sprint activity. We understand that this isn't practical because Sprint agreed to the worst possible deal with Apple to sell the iPhone ever made and signed a contract that forces Sprint to sell the iPhone for 2 years in order to just break even on the deal. We are submitting our protest here, whether it's practical or not. We condemn Apple's predatory litigation in the strongest way possible. And we condemn Apple's attempts to eliminate any competition through litigation. Thank you. Please add a post expressing your outrage at the unethical business practices of Apple that is costing Sprint money while making Sprint less competitive. Go for it! Let loose!
