So when I went to pick up my Evo from Sam's Club, the computer system was jacked up and it took about an hour to get in an out. They had to hand write the contract for my wife and I. When we got home my wife showed me the paper work it and the contract said the total for two evos is $129 plus tax. So can sprint try to charge me for this? I have a contract so they must honor it?

It was a valid question, no reason to be a dick about it.

Actually, if the contract you signed specified a price then they probably can't alter that price. Unless you look through it and they added a provision for the Evo Tax in some fine wording somewhere.

lol... some of the community members forget this is a community and that if they don't want to help they should just keep it moving... as far as your question goes, you will see the charge on your monthly bill not when you buy the phone

Sorry. Didn't mean to comeoff likeadick. Just tire ofall the $10 threads. Even after the Phoebe released. Hey more power to ya if it does work but I wouldn't count on it. Not EVERYTHING is always put on those paper contracts.

Neither was mine but it's on my Sprint account. It goes with the ESN. In fact when he spoke to the rep to activate it he repeated the $79.95 to me.

My first bill is tomorrow already! Not even a week.
