At the current time we are experiencing a nationwide voice outage.... What caused it? Who knows? But our phones are ringing off the hook... The outage is not affecting everybody BUT about 80% of customers are probably having issues placing a call. If you call in, you'll just get a scripted message from an agent. If you request a credit, you'll get transferred to Escalations and right now there are well over 80 calls in the Escalation Que.. Just thought i'd give u guys a heads up. I'll be sure to update you all when the outage is cleared.
