    Anyone else having problems with this? I've come to rely pretty heavily on it since I'm in the process of moving and look at my minutes used regularly. Checked it out last night and I get a "connection refused" error. I've searched the Net and Sprint's site and no one seems to have complained about it yet. I can't possibly be the only one using it, can I? :eek:

    LOL, I think that app gets no love brother. Besides, I found out that the app likes to suck a little juice off of the battery everyday. Make sure you have that app set up to pull once a month or only at startup.

    Well dangit! LOL. I had a feeling I was in the minority. ;) I have it pull once a day so the drain on battery is no problem. I just wish it worked again. I won't have internet access for a while and, well, this app was just what I needed to check stuff.

    I have most people set that app to once a month since nobody uses the app. It causes a drain on the battery because nobody knows how much data that app needs to pull. So if you need a little juice for your battery, readjust the send/receive schedule for that app.

    Yeah but it's kind of a moot point now since the app doesn't work. :( I guess I'll shoot off an email to Sprint ecare to see if they can troubleshoot it. I think I saw something about the security certificate being expired when I looked at it last night.

    Did you try to force stop the app. menu - settings - manage applications - Running tab - Sprint Zone - Force Stop

    Tell me if that works. My Sprint TV app was hanging up and I did the instructions above. Worked just fine.

    No go. :( Looks like it's on the usable.net side of things. I get "Usablenet Mobile was unable to complete the requested transformation. The connection to the web server was refused when attempting to open https://sso.sprintpcs.com/sso/. You can try again or get the original resource."

    When I hit try again, I get the same thing. When I go to original resource I get "the web page at https://sso.sprintpcs.com/sso/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

    Does Sprint not check their stuff? Dang!

    LOL, if that's the case they are probably tweaking a server or something. Nothing to worry about. Give it a few hours.

    Yeah, something's up because now I can't even get on their website. I can do other things within the app, like check my connection and so forth. Thanks for your help. :)

    My sprint zone forecloses on me constantly... And I hate that it just takes you to web version... I saw verizons and they have a data widget.. Wish sprint had that

    I dont rely on that. LOL i too want to check my minutes and use an app called Personal Assistant by PageOnce.
    I now use it for Blockbuster acct, bank acct, Dish Netowrk and Sprint. Those are all on the free version. Been using it on BB and Win Mobile for a few years and works better on the EVO. Maybe this will suit your needs better..

    I forgot that app gave me my updated info. Thanks for reminding me. :) It's a great app and in fact, it alerted me to my roaming data kb's. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known any better.
