Help Stick voice message notification

It looks like some people had this issue. For some reason "New Voicemail" notification is stuck in the notifications bar for me. I tried everything i could find online to get rid of it and its still there.

I called myself left a message and then deleted it. I called from a different phone, did the same. I rebooted. Nothing seems to help.

I am using google voice for VM now.

Any idea how to get rid of this notification?

Ok, finally figured it out. Had to switch back from GV to carrier. Then i noticed that calls actually some how went to my old YouMail account. So i deleted my YouMail account and deactivated it. Called my carrier VM and deleted 3 stuck voicemails from like a year ago.
