Stock browser - problems with bookmarks

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. When I (try to) bring up my bookmarks and scroll through them, it can't make it all the way through. The list of bookmarks goes away and the web page I had been on comes back up. Maybe I have too many bookmarks for it to handle? I would love a solution. I thought I would just switch to Firefox, but when I try to import my bookmarks it crashes.

I looked through all the bookmark manager apps and didn't see one that I liked. Well, I found one, downloaded it and didn't see any way to get foldering function it said it had.

I don’t bother with droid bookmarks... I have Firefox on my PC and occasionally export its bookmarks to an HTML file, copy that to Dropbox, then open that on my droid, choosing HTML Viewer. That brings all of them up in one long tappable list.

Thanks for the idea, but I read a lot on my phone and generate quite a few bookmarks. I don't want to sync with my laptop either. Hopefully someone will be able to shed some light on my problem.

What are you reading? If it's a book, why not use the reader app for bookmarks?

Try another Browser. There's a whole lot of them and reviews here for most. If the different browser works, at least you will have some notion of where to go from there.

I'm reading stuff on the web, not books. I did try Firefox but it crashes when I try to import my bookmarks.

Try dolphin browser. Very easy to post bookmarks and organize them. Dolphin mini is the quicker and easier one to use.

Oops. I meant Boat browser. Boat mini is best version. Simple and quick. Bookmarks management is a piece of cake.
