Root Stock ROM?

Where can I find Stock ROM for this Kyocera C5170?

I have messed up the phone somehow. Now it gives me this error "unfortunately settings has stopped" when I turn on the phone.

When I open an app, it says XYZ is not responding.
I cannot go to Play Store.

I am not planning to use anything but wifi, so I attempted to delete the telephony and phone apps (after making an unsuccessful titanium backup it appears).

I'm not getting bluetooth misbehavior (won't pair, settings stops) which prevents me from using it as an MP3 player/podcast streamer as planned.

Can anyone share an unmolested system image or a method for resetting /system/app to factory fresh state?
