Straight talk samsung galaxy 2 apps won't download

I can not download apps. I factory reset and cleared the cache and data in the google play story Still not working. When I download app it gets to installing then the phone shuts off and truns back on. Everything eles works. I also made sure I was signed in to my gmail and google talk. Any ideas? I am using straight talk.
