Streaming Horrid for Everyone?

    I use Cherry and AOR Players, which seem to be the same thing. Regardless of which, when I'm playing a Shoutcast feed (wifi) it simply shuts off. This would be a minor annoyance except for the fact that I like to listen to it when I go to bed. Having to keep restarting the feed is not conducive to relaxing and eventual sleep.

    They tend to shut off on my laptop too but nowhere near as frequently.

    What are your experiences?

    no problems here. as long as i have good service i am fine. i use DroidLive to stream music by the way.

    I use Droid Live as well, the only issues I have are certain channels get full servers and you cannot join that stream, but that has nothing to do with our Droids.

    You can also use the app TuneWiki from the market. It streams last.fm and shoutcast from the microphone looking icon. It has a lot of other nifty features. Like whos listening to what and where w/google maps in your area. Shows lyrics & option to view youtube videos of any song your listening to. I suggest you all check it out.
